Jim Fuller
Executive Director

Executive Director Jim Fuller is the founder and visionary of
Pastoral Care Inc. Jim has a heart for pastors, and has devoted his life to supporting and strengthening them, and thus supporting and strengthening our churches.

Jim had more than 25 years of experience in business before he left the business world to answer God’s call to the ministry. His experience includes negotiations, networking and providing professional services for individuals and groups across America. He is an author, licensed professional counselor and ordained minister.

Jim established Pastoral Care Inc. in 2004 after discovering that there were no comprehensive ministries available that strengthened and encouraged our ministers in America. Since its founding, Pastoral Care Inc. has helped thousands of ministers from every Christian faith. Jim speaks across the country to denominations, retreats, churches and other organizations to bring awareness of the need to help our ministers across America. His goal is to strengthen the Church, encourage ministers to stay in the ministry, and recruit help from Christian caregivers to aid ministers through their skills, talents and resources.

Jim believes that a three-fold ministry approach of research, educational intervention and immediate assistance for our pastors is essential for the health and well-being of the churches in America! Too many of our ministers are leaving the ministry each year and too many churches are closing in America! Ministers need a safe and confidential place to go for help. That's why Pastoral Care Inc. was founded.

Jim has a master’s degree in counseling from Oral Roberts University in 2006 and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in1975.

Jim and his wife Susie live in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. They have been married 37 years and have one married daughter.

Dan Wilson
Operations Director

Dan handles the day-to-day operations of Pastoral Care Inc. Dan is invaluable and has vast experience in managing support services of a hospital and being a pastor of a church. He also has the understanding of bi-vocational ministry and "tent making and pastoring" at the same time for the past 5 years.

Receiving a degree in Sacred Literature and being ordained as a minister, Dan has been in the ministry for nearly 40 years. Serving with non-denominational ministries, he has served in both small churches, where he was the only minister on staff, and large churches with multiple staff and services. He also has served on the staff and boards of some para-church organizations. With experience serving as senior pastor, associate pastor, youth pastor, and evangelist, Dan loves the preaching and teaching ministry.

Dan has served as president of various conventions and ministerial alliances. While at Enid, OK, he was the Ministerial Chair of the Billy Graham Associate Crusade with Franklin Graham.

Dan has always had a big heart for ministers and their families, understanding the difficulties that ministers and their families face as leaders of the church. He says, "Ministers need somebody in their corner, helping them through the tough times, especially when they feel they are abandoned with no one to turn to. They need someone who can be truly neutral with no agenda but be there for them. That is our goal and purpose at Pastoral Care Inc. to be there in their corner, helping ministers through tough times, so they may continue to serve another day."

Terry Hull
Communications Director

Terry serves Pastoral Care Inc. part-time as Communications Director. He is the editor of Refresh, our monthly newsletter for pastors. Terry writes and/or edits many of our ministry’s print and online publications and provides leadership to our ministry’s fundraising program.

Terry worked for several years as a newspaper reporter and editor, including managing editor of two daily newspapers. He also served as director of publications for Feed The Children. He currently works as a paralegal at an Oklahoma City law firm.

Terry also has considerable experience as a fundraising consultant for Christian nonprofits. He has served as the executive director of four nonprofit ministries, including two that he founded, and was the primary fundraiser for all of them.

Terry has been in the preaching ministry for many years, and he and his wife Norma have served nondenominational churches in Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico. Terry earned his bachelor’s degree at Midwest Christian College (Oklahoma City), his master’s degree in New Testament exposition at Johnson Bible College (Knoxville, TN), and all course work for a master’s in industrial-organizational psychology at Eastern New Mexico University (Portales, NM).

Terry and Norma live in Edmond, Oklahoma. They celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary in 2010. They have three adult sons and eight grandchildren
