Leadership Training

It is often difficult to find good training materials on leadership. Most of the materials available only deal with the leadership qualities of the pastor. Our goal is to have a ready presentation available for you and the church. This outline defines the definition of leadership and the skills needed to make the church a more effective outreach to their community. Another goal is to bring unity to the body of Christ. So many churches may have leaders but they may be working individually and not together as a body. Once the church is working together, the community can see a real church with real people who really care. We hope and pray that this outline will be a blessing to your church.
