Pastoral Care, Inc Newsletter
Thank You for All You Do!!!
Jim Fuller, Executive Director
I recently came across an article listing the Top 10 Church Problems Pastors Face. They are:
1. JOB-RELATED STRESS
2. FEELINGS OF LONELINESS & ISOLATION
3. POLITICAL & CULTURAL DIVISIONS
4. DECLINING CHURCH ATTENDANCE
5. INEFFECTIVE DISCIPLESHIP MODELS
6. DISCONNECTED DIGITAL TOOLS
7. FINANCIAL & ECONOMIC REALITIES
8. BALANCING MINISTRY AND FAMILY TIME
9. DISTRACTIONS & DISCOURAGEMENT
10. DEVELOPING LEADERS & VOLUNTEERS
Not having enough time for prayer or sermon preparation was not included but could be included under number 9.
I have listed these in our November Newsletter for these reasons:
1. Ministry can be difficult but...You don't have to accept these as barriers!
2. You are an over comer through Jesus Christ. He provides help and direction for our lives. We must trust Him and not be distracted.
3. You are not alone. You have Pastoral Care. We bless and encourage thousands of pastors every year, helping make their ministry more fulfilling and purposeful.
Please don't be hindered by articles or negative comments from others. You are called into a marvelous work! You are a blessing to us, your church, and your community! If you need
encouragement or help, contact the ministry who truly cares about you--Pastoral Care, Inc.
Thank You Pastors for All You Do!!!

KEVIN'S CORNER
Kevin Akins, Associate Director
"The Struggle is Real"
President Harry S. Truman said, "the buck stops here," which became a famous expression for his belief that he was ultimately responsible for the decisions made during his presidency.
He kept a sign on his desk with this phrase to emphasize that he would not "pass the buck" to anyone else. President Truman was forced to make some of the greatest decisions in the history of
America.
There are times at my desk when I bow my head and say, "I don't know what to do." I know it is my responsibility to make the decision. I accept that, but that doesn't make it any
easier. The Struggle is real.
I know the Lord is with me. I know He will give wisdom to those who ask. I know He cares. I also know there is a group of fellow believers with Pastoral Care Inc. who will listen to me and help
me. They can give me resources and directions to make those difficult decisions.
We believe in you Pastor. Stay true to the Lord and you will be more than an over comer. Pastoral Care, Inc. is here for you also.
Kevin
A big
"Thank You"
goes out to churches who have recently supported our ministry. We are expanding so quickly and cannot do this without your help. Our ministry is one of a few, if any, that supports
pastors and churches in America. Strong churches are led by strong pastors. Pray for us as we endeavor to bless and encourage our pastors. America needs what the church has.
Our goal is to make our ministry permanent
