Outline of Roles for Staff Members

Staff members are very important for the day-to-day operations of every church.  Too often, staff members work individually without some kind of outline of duties or expectations.  Having a clear set of duties and expecations for every staff member will eliminate confusion, double work, hurt feelings, and allows the staff to work as a team.  As a convenience, we have added suggested role outlines for each staff member in the church.  We hope and pray this will be a blessing for each pastor and church.  Full printable articles for each role links listed below:
