Church Flow Chart

Many of our churches have requested an easy-to-read flow chart that outlines, in simple terms, how the church operates.  Most pastors will hire the youth pastor, children's pastor, music director and church or business coordinators.   Each one must compliment the pastor's ministry vision and efforts.   In most cases, the pastor has the right to hire/fire such staff members without permisison of the church board, however, most pastors will share concerns or issues with the church board before such termination.  The flow chart eliminates any misunderstandings or confusion one may have as to the order of authority.
