Laser Vision Correction:

EyeMed and LCA-Vision have arranged to provide a discount to all EyeMed members

Prescription Drugs:

Members have access to over 57,000 participating pharmacies nationwide through

To access the discount, members simply present their membership identification card
to a participating pharmacy. The pharmacist will then enter the information from the

convenient and money saving mail order service through the website. To start using
the Caremark.com mail order service feature, the member can download an order form
