Pastoral Care, Inc. was created to bless, encourage, and support our pastors and churches in America.   Our main focus is on our pastors because he/she are the spiritual leaders of the church.  We have too many pastors who feel alone or discouraged.   Pastors have told us that type of ministry is long over do. As we encourage and strengthen our pastors, they will in turn bless and encourage our churches.  Hopefully our churches will provide a godly testimony in our communities. 

 

Our website is full of practical ministry helps for pastors and churches.  Each form or article is written in Word format, which makes it easy to modify and customize to meet your needs.  There is no need to re-invent the wheel (so to speak).  Our website is a great resource for any pastor or church.

 

Pastoral Care, Inc. is more than just forms.  We are a safe and confidental place for pastors to turn to for help, encouragement, practical ministry helps for them and their church, and to ask for immediate assistance when needed.  We provide research for denominational leaders.  We are aware of the demands and stressors associated with the ministry.  We know of the sacrifices you make for the sake of the ministry, often overlooking your own family needs.  We understand the long hours you spend going to the hospital for your people and often the relatives of the people in your church.  But most of all, We Care!!!  Please pray for us as we endeavor to bless and encourage our pastors and churches everywhere. 

 

 

Denominations are very important to their pastors and churches.  But there is a "Dual-Relationship" involoved, which causes some pastors to be reluctant to share their shortcomings or needs openly to denominational leaders.  Denominations provide structure and support for their pastors but they also provide discipline, which is needed for any denomination to maintain integrity within that ministry.  Most pastors desire for their denominational leaders to think positively about them and their church...not about their problem or issue.  This is why so many pastors keep their issues, needs, or hurts to themselves. 

 

Pastors cannot openly share openly with the church.  The church seems to only view their pastor as being positive, encouraging, and without having any problems.  Did I mention that "pastors are people too?"  Members never see the long hours, vacation and family times cut short because someone is either in the hospital or someone has died, being on call 24/7, having unrealistic expectations of the ministry placed upon them, and perhaps membership having a lack of spiritual vision and growth.

 

 

 

We work with every denomination.  Pastoral Care, Inc. does not duplicate services provided by local, state, or national denominations.  We try to compliment in a "behind the scenes" approach and doing this in a confidential way so that pastors can openly call someone they can trust for help.  We have helped thousands of pastors with legal help, counseling, limited medical assistance, get aways, artisan help, prayer, and so much more.  We are simply here to serve.
